周国瑞，男，1980年9月出生，山西临汾人，副教授。1999年9月－2003年6月在山西师范大学历史系本科专业学习，2003年9月－2006年6月在华东师范大学历史系攻读硕士学位，2010年9月－2016年6月在山东大学历史文化学院攻读博士学位，其中于2013年8月－2014年3月在韩国韩国学中央研究院（AKS）访学。
主要研究领域：中国近现代史基本问题研究、中韩关系史、海洋史
